Roger and I, too, remember growing up on Park View and all the "stuff" that living on a dead end street involved. We remember Floyd's car with the rumble seat and watching those early TV shows in his parents' living room. I remember going to Chicago to the Museum of Science and Industry with Floyd and Dorothy and Norman. It seems like yesterday, yet was a long time ago. Floyd was a part of our growing up years. It is sad to have that end.
In sympathy, Roger & Marilyn (Ward) Nichols

Floyd was a wonderful part of my growing up in Racine - living just two doors away during our school days. Those were the days when a "dead end" street was everything - ball diamond, football field, playing Monoply for days on end, helping neighbors and hanging out. My condolences to the family and my regards to Raymond and Norman.

It is sad how day to day living can pull a family apart,I am so greatful that I had the chance to see and talk with my father one last time before his passing. I will always remember our time together and we hope that he has found the peace that we all seek.
