Elaine T. (Brkovic) Woodington

Beloved mother and wife, Elaine T. Woodington, age 62, passed away Tuesday, October 13, 2009, at Wheaton Franciscan All Saints Medical Center. Elaine was born in Chicago, IL, on November 30, 1946, daughter of the late Fabian and Agatha M. (Nee: Koder) Brkovic.

Elaine was a graduate of St. Catherine’s High School. On April 14, 2000, she was united in marriage to Jimmy D. Woodington. Elaine was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and special friend who will be dearly missed.

Survivors include her husband, Jimmy; her two children, Ann Marie (David) Schoedl, Michelle Miller; her grandchildren, Katie, David and Daniel; sister, Judith Brkovic; brother, Fabian Brkovic; stepchildren; stepgrandchildren; nieces, nephews, other relatives and many dear friends.

Relatives and friends may meet with the family at the funeral home on Sunday, October 18, 2009, from noon until 2 p.m. Private funeral services with interment will be held at Holy Cross Cemetery, Hwy 32.
