Mary Jane (Petrose) Jacoby

Mary Jane Jacoby, age 85, passed away Saturday, October 24, 2009, at her residence. Mary Jane was born in St. Paul, MN, January 8, 1924, daughter of the late William and Elizabeth Petrose.

She was united in marriage to Theodore R. Jacoby who preceded her in death, November 9, 1997. She was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother who will be dearly missed.

Survivors include her three children, Diane (Larry) Brawner, Richard Jacoby, Cheryl (Duane) DeFord; her eight grandchildren, Scott (Carol) Brawner, Matthew Brawner, Chad Jacoby, Everett Jacoby, Garrett Jacoby, Bryan (Jenny) Groth, Bradley Groth (Lauri Johnson), Tricia Poikonen; great-grandchildren; and many dear friends. In addition to her parents and husband she was preceded in death by her sister, Lillian Skibba.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, October 28, 2009, at 2 p.m. at the funeral home with Rev. John D. Aiello officiating. Entombment will follow at Holy Cross Garden Mausoleum, Hwy 32. Relatives and friends may meet with the family Wednesday at the funeral home from 1 p.m. until time of service.
