Gary Lakvold

Gary L. Lakvold, age 46, passed away Tuesday, October 7, 2008, following a lifelong battle with diabetes. Gary was born in Racine on August 28, 1962, son of Earl F. and Carolyn J. (Nee: Kries) Lakvold.

Gary was employed by Ganton Technologies for eighteen years. He was an avid NASCAR fan and fisherman. He will be deeply missed.

Survivors include his father, Earl of Racine; his sisters and brother, Debbie Wilson of Chicago, IL, Larry E. Lakvold, Karen (David) Hegeman, all of Racine; niece and nephew, Amanda Hegeman, Andrew Hegeman; aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and dear friends. He was preceded in death by his mother, Carolyn, in 2002.

Family and friends are invited to meet the family at the funeral home to celebrate and remember Gary’s life on Friday, Oct. 10, 2008, from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m.
