Arthur Reimann

Arthur Reimann, 69, passed away at Lake View Health & Rehabilitation Center on Friday, July 31, 2009.

Art was born in Germany on February 9, 1940, to Reinhold and Olga (nee, Schmidt) Reimann. Art enjoyed fishing and hunting, but most of all he loved spending time with his grandchildren and sneaking them candy.

Survivors include his children, Debbie Reimann, Dina (Mark) Tabbert, Debbie Conrad, Darline (Randall) Wozniak and Arthur (Tammy) Steege; grandchildren, Chad Mathieus, Erin Conrad, Shayne (Brittany) Tabbert, Ryan (Cassandra) Tabbert, Eric Tabbert, Alexander (Tina) Wozniak, Melinda (Todd) Christensen and Andrew Wozniak; great-grandchildren, Grace Tabbert, and Ashley, Miranda, Mitchell, Samantha Rae and Rebecca Christensen; brother, Erhard (Marge) Reimann, sisters, Hertha (Gabriel) Platzer, Amanda (Heinz) Koenig, Helge Koenig and Edeltraut Koenig; and nephews, Mark (Angel) Platzer, Andy Reimann and Christopher (Jen) Reimann. Art is also survived by other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents.

Funeral services for Art will be held at West Lawn Memorial Park Chapel on Wednesday, August 5, 2009, at 11 a.m. with Rev. Daniel B. Quinn officiating. Interment will follow at West Lawn Memorial Park.
