Timothy had been employed by the J.I. Case Co. and by Green Mfg. He enjoyed playing cards and Dominos. He also like to do upholstering.He leaves to cherish his memory, his son, Paul (Catlin) Jude of Madison; mother, Mother Ardie Willis of Racine; four brothers and one sister, James (Terri) Tolbert of Los Angeles, CA, Edward (Dianne) Willis, Tyrone Willis, and Bonnye Collins all of Racine; special friends, Troy Cobb, Raymond “Footie” Moore, Robert “ Shoppie” Pulliam, Dennis Brown, and Jimmy “Big Jim” Marshall. His nieces, nephews, other relatives and a host of friends also survive him. He was preceded in death by his father, Rulever Willis Sr.; and brothers, Rulever Willis Jr. and Robert Willis.
His Homegoing Service will be held in the funeral home on Friday, July 17, at 11 a.m., with Rev. Gregory B. Hamilton officiating. Visitation will be in the funeral home on Thursday from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m. and again on Friday from 10 a.m. until the time of the service. Burial will follow in Graceland Cemetery.
