Hot Springs, AR – Novica Pavlovic, 68, passed away in Hot Springs, AR on Thursday, July 23, 2009.
Novica was born in Gornja, Mutnica, Serbia, on December 8, 1940, to Vladimir and Stanojka Pavlovic. He was a lifelong Racine resident. Novica married the former Radmila Malinovic. He retired from Western Publishing Company after more than 37 years of service and was a member of St. George Serbian Orthodox Church, Braun Road.
Survivors include his wife, Radmila Pavlovic; children, Ana (Ivan) Margitic, Bora (Sladjana) Pavlovic and Dana (Milorad) Lazic; and grandchildren, Aleksandar and Radmila Margitic, Stefan and Tatjana Pavlovic, and Antonije and Katarina Lazic. Novica is also survived by other relatives in Serbia and many friends. He was preceded in death by a son, Petar Pavlovic.
Funeral Services for Novica will be held at St. George Serbian Orthodox Church, Braun Road, on Thursday, July 30, 2009, at 10 a.m. with Rev. Marko Pantic officiating. Interment will follow at St. Sava Cemetery in Libertyville, IL. Relatives and friends may meet with the family at the funeral home on Wednesday evening from 6 until 8 p.m. The Mali Pomen will be held at 7 p.m.
