Marcella was employed at Piggly Wiggly as a meat wrapper, retiring after many years of service. She was a longtime faithful member of St. Joseph’s Catholic Church.Marcella is survived by one son, Larry (Rita) Wojtecki of Franksville; one daughter, JoAnn (Mark) Clouthier of Racine; one daughter-in-law, Karla Wojtecki of Kansasville; grandchildren, Gary (Stephanie) Wojtecki, Lesli Wojtecki, Nick (Joelle) Wojtecki, Paul Wojtecki, April Peterson, Tony Goldys, Christian Wojtecki, Erin (Andrew) Konicke, Scott (Sharon) Clouthier, Karen Edwards, and Adam (Kerry) Clouthier.
Also, great grandchildren, Zach, Gabriel and Faith Finfrock, Jacob, Ela and Madison Wojtecki, Tristen Blank, Norah Konicke, Sam and Isa Edwards, Jordan and Cameron Clouthier, and soon to be addition to the family, Abigail Clouthier. She is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many dear friends.
Marcella was preceded in death by her husband, Chester, on June 4, 1987; one son, Thomas Wojtecki; one grandson, Lawrence C. Wojtecki Jr.; five brothers, Roy, Muriel, Clarence, Roman and Edward Bowers; and two sisters, Irene Lentz and LaVerne Cheney.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church on Tuesday, July 7, 2009, at 11 a.m. with Rev. John Aiello officiating. Burial will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery on Douglas Avenue. There will be a visitation at the church on Tuesday from 10 a.m. until time of Mass.
In lieu of flowers, the family has suggested memorials to St. Joseph’s School.
