James was employed by Walker Manufacturing for many years and was a member of St. Richard Catholic Church.Survivors include his brother and sister, Richard (Gwen) Pfister of Springfield, VA, Helen (Ray) Kucharski of Sun City, AZ; sister-in-law, Joan Pfister of Brookfield; nieces, nephews, other relatives and many dear friends. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Francis X. Pfister Jr. and Robert (Adeline) Pfister.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Richard Catholic Church, 1503 Grand Avenue, Friday, May 29, 2009, 10 a.m. with Rev. Ronald J. Gramza officiating. Interment will follow at Calvary Cemetery. Relatives and friends may meet with the family at the church on Friday from 9 a.m. until time of Mass.
