Arthur C. Fox, age 91, passed away Sunday, January 31, 2010, at his residence. Arthur was born in Brainerd, Minnesota, April 12, 1918, son of the late George and Martha (Nee: Zander) Fox.
During World War II he served in the United States Navy and was a Decorated Fighter Pilot. Arthur attended Dunwoody Industrial Institute in Minneapolis in 1939 until 1941. On May 29, 1946, at the First Methodist Church, Milwaukee, he was united in marriage to Evelyn M. Harmon. Arthur was employed by IBM for forty years, retiring in 1981. He was a member of the Franksville United Methodist Church.
Survivors include his five children, David (Linda) Fox, Steven (Terri Ann)Fox, Richard Fox, Susan (Joe) Nosalik, Donna (Keith) Klawinski; his grandchildren, Jennifer (Mark) Fitzpatrick, Andrew Fox, Christoffer (Lynette) Fox, Amanda (Darin) Harcus, Kady Fox, David (Amanda) Hansen, Ani Injasoulian, Adam (Tanya) Noll, Brian Noll (fiancee, Heather Hawley), Grace and Anna Klawinski; great-grandchildren, Ryan, Maren and Connor Fitzpatrick, Kara Hoffman, Sarah Fox, Skyler Kincade, Bryce Harcus, Ian Hansen, Zoe Kozlik and Forest Friedli, Brady and Lindsay Noll; sister, Eleanor Keller; brother, Robert Fox; nieces, nephews, other relatives and many dear friends. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife, Evelyn; his brothers, Henry, Wallace and Harold, George; and sisters, Agnes Storzbach and Kathryn Hall.
A Memorial Service will be held Wednesday, February 3, 2010, at 6:30 p.m. at the funeral home, with Rev. Kaye N. Glennon officiating. Private interment will be held. Relatives and friends may meet with the family Wednesday at the funeral home from 4:30 p.m. until time of service. In lieu of flowers, memorials to Stars and Stripes Honor Flight, P.O. Box 636, Port Washington, WI 53074 (Phone: 262-238-7740) have been suggested.
