Helen Evans Borg of Racine, who was born March 28, 1912, died Sunday, January 17, 2010.
She resided in Delavan, Wisconsin, for seventeen years with her late husband, George Marshall Borg, until his death in 1962. Most of her life since leaving Delavan was spent in volunteer hospital service and Catholic parish work.
She is survived by an adopted son, James M. Borg of Lake Forest, Illinois.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Wednesday, January 20, 2010, at 10 a.m. at St. John Nepomuk Catholic Church, 1903 Green St., with Rev. Don Zirkel officiating. Interment will follow at Spring Grove Cemetery in Delavan, WI, beside her late husband. Memorials to Focus on the Family or to the Pro-Life Action League have been suggested.
