Donna had a passion for animals, especially horses, her 1967 GTO (aka: "Donna’s Blue Baby") and second-hand shopping. She enjoyed driving her 1986 Fiero and 1998 Trans Am. She also enjoyed watching any football game.
Donna wrote wonderful letters to numerous family and friends. She treasured her family and friends. She had a natural ability to make friends with anyone and everyone. She will be remembered for her positive personality, her big laughs, and witty humor. Donna could see the good in all people. Her laughter was contagious and she always had some silly story to tell.
Donna will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her husband, Robert Resheske.
Her spirit lives on through her daughter, Colleen Wilhelm, and grandson, Eric, both of Sturtevant; her daughter, Tessy (Kenny) Rank, and grandchildren, Jenny (Eric) Hintz, Sarah, Casey, and Kenny “Bubba”; and great-granddaughters, Abby and Minnie Hintz; all of Johnson Creek. Donna will be thought of fondly by an incredible number of friends near and far. She was preceded in death by her parents, Evelyn and Doring Casey; her brother, Alan Geibel; and her special horse, Big Red Dominal.
Relatives and friends will be invited to a “celebration of her life” which will be determined at a later time. Memorials may be directed to a charity of your choice. In honor of Donna, please do a kind deed for someone.
Special thanks to Dr. Fullerton and Hospice Alliance for their kind and compassionate care of Donna.
