Henrietta was born in Kenosha to the late Arthur and Albena Doherty on February 4, 1920, and lived in Racine for most of her life. In Kenosha, she was united in marriage to Wilbur H. Fritz on May 10, 1941. He preceded her in death on July 21, 1999.Mrs. Fritz was a member of Grace Evangelical Lutheran Church.
Henrietta is survived by two sons and daughters-in-laws, Roger (LaVerne) Fritz of Caledonia, and Richard (Laura) Fritz of Racine; one daughter and son-in-law, Nancy (James) Evans of North Port, Florida; six grandsons; six great-grandchildren; one sister-in-law, Dolly Doherty; and nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. She was also preceded in death by one brother, Howard Doherty, and one sister and brother-in-law Betty Jane (James) Landreth.
Private services will be held. Interment will be at Graceland Cemetery. Memorials may be directed to either Grace Evangelical Lutheran Church or Racine Lutheran High School.
